Day By Day Tours

Depart from Kampala after a delicious breakfast at your lodge. Journey southwest towards Queen Elizabeth National Park, making a stopover at the equator in Kayabwe to capture memorable photos and engage in an intriguing water experiment. Continue the drive, savoring an authentic local lunch at Igongo Cultural Center. Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park in the evening, where you’ll enjoy relaxation, dinner, and an overnight camping experience at Twin Lakes Campsite or Kazinga Channel View Resort.

Start your day with an early morning cup of coffee before embarking on an exciting game drive in the Kasenyi tracks of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Witness an incredible array of wildlife, including cape buffaloes, leopards, elephants, and a variety of antelope species. The park is also a haven for bird enthusiasts, with over 600 bird species to discover. After lunch, embark on a mesmerizing boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you can spot more wildlife. Return to the campsite for overnight camping.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Pass through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its famous tree-climbing lions. Marvel at these unique lions and capture incredible photographs. Enjoy a lunch stop at a coffee plantation in Kanungu, where you’ll learn about traditional coffee growing practices and their cultural significance. Arrive at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the evening and settle in for dinner and an overnight camping experience.

Prepare for an exhilarating day as you embark on a gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After a briefing at the park headquarters, venture into the forest in search of the rare mountain gorillas. Spend a magical hour observing these incredible creatures in their natural habitat, capturing cherished memories through your camera lens. After the trek, transfer to the picturesque Lake Bunyonyi, where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and spend the night at an eco-resort or Bunyonyi Overland Resort.

After a hearty breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala. Marvel at the scenic highlands of the Kigezi region during the approximately seven-hour drive. Take a lunch break in Mbarara and seize the opportunity to capture photos and learn about the local culture at Igongo Cultural Centre. Resume the drive to Kampala, where you will bid farewell to this incredible safari experience.
