Lake Mburo National Park
Lake Mburo National Park, located in western Uganda, is a jewel among Uganda's national parks. Despite being one of the smallest national parks in the country, it offers a diverse range of habitats, including savannah, forests, wetlands, and the picturesque Lake Mburo itself. The park is characterized by rolling hills and expansive grasslands, providing a stunning backdrop for wildlife viewing and outdoor activities.
Lake Mburo National Park is renowned for its rich biodiversity, harbouring a variety of wildlife species, including zebras, impalas, buffaloes, hippos, and crocodiles. It is also one of the few places in Uganda where you can spot the elusive and majestic eland antelope.
