Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation
All cancellations must be communicated to Little Rock Safaris Uganda in writing via email or official communication channels.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
More than 60 days before the safari start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Between 30 and 60 days before the safari start date: 50% of the total safari cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days before the safari start date: No refund (100% of total safari cost is non-refundable).
No refunds are given for unused services once the safari has commenced.
Little Rock Safaris Uganda Cancellation
Little Rock Safaris Uganda reserves the right to cancel a safari due to unforeseen circumstances such as political instability, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings.
In the event of a company cancellation, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Little Rock Safaris Uganda is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the client including flights, visas, or travel insurance.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
Little Rock Safaris Uganda will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or refunds when possible.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and written acknowledgment by Little Rock Safaris Uganda.
Full payment must be completed within the agreed timeframe to secure your safari.
Payments
Payments must be made in USD or as specified on the invoice.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and approved online payment platforms.
Payments are non-transferable without prior written approval from Little Rock Safaris Uganda.
Travel Documents and Health Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, necessary visas, and required vaccinations.
Little Rock Safaris Uganda provides guidance but is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and personal liability is strongly recommended.
Little Rock Safaris Uganda disclaims liability for personal injury, loss, or damage during the safari.
Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be modified due to weather, wildlife movements, or operational reasons.
Clients will be notified of significant changes as early as possible.
No refunds are issued for itinerary modifications unless a major component of the safari is canceled.
Conduct and Safety
Clients must follow all instructions from guides and staff for their own safety.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the safari without refund.
Little Rock Safaris Uganda is not responsible for injuries resulting from client negligence.
Liability
Little Rock Safaris Uganda acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as lodges, transport providers, and activity operators.
The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from services provided by third parties.
Booking Policy
How to Book
Bookings can be made via email, phone, or through the Little Rock Safaris Uganda website.
Upon inquiry, clients receive a detailed safari proposal and itinerary for review.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required within 7 days of invoice issuance to secure the booking.
Failure to pay the deposit within this period may result in cancellation of the provisional reservation.
Final Payment
The balance of 70% must be paid no later than 45 days before the safari start date.
Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment immediately upon confirmation.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of full payment, Little Rock Safaris Uganda will issue a booking confirmation and all relevant travel documents including permits and vouchers.
Amendments
Any requested changes after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Amendments must be requested in writing and will be processed promptly.
