After the boat cruise, return to your lodge for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast, bid farewell to Lake Mburo National Park and embark on a scenic drive to Kibale Forest National Park. Enjoy the beautiful upcountry landscape as you make your way to Fort Portal. Along the journey, you will have the opportunity to stop for lunch and stretch your legs. Upon arrival at Kibale Forest National Park, check in at your chosen accommodation. In the afternoon, you can participate in a community walk, where you will learn about the local culture, traditions, and norms of the people residing in the area. After the community walk, return to your lodge for a delicious dinner and a restful night’s sleep.

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters of Kibale Forest National Park for a briefing before embarking on an incredible chimpanzee trekking experience. Accompanied by experienced rangers, venture into the lush forest in search of these fascinating primates. As you trek through the forest, keep your eyes peeled for other wildlife, such as various primate species, birds, butterflies, and towering rainforest trees. Once you encounter the chimpanzees, you will have a precious hour to observe and photograph them in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to your accommodation for a delicious lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, embark on a guided walk in the Bigodi Swamp, where you can spot a variety of wildlife, birds, and mammals. After the swamp walk, return to your lodge for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

On the final day of your safari, enjoy a hearty breakfast and prepare for the return journey to Kampala. As you drive back, take in the breathtaking natural scenery, including the mesmerizing crater lakes that dot the region. Stop for lunch en route and continue the drive until you reach Kampala.
