Later, return to the lodge for lunch and a short break before boarding a boat safari on the Victoria Nile. This journey offers some of Uganda’s best opportunities for wildlife photography—from bathing elephants and yawning hippos to dazzling birds along the banks.

As the boat glides upstream, the thunderous roar of Murchison Falls grows louder. Witness the Nile’s dramatic plunge through a 7-meter gorge and capture the mist and movement of Africa’s most powerful waterfall from unique angles.

Dinner awaits back at the lodge, where you can review your photos and unwind beneath the stars.

After breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, located in southwestern Uganda. The journey takes you through scenic escarpments, banana plantations, and small communities, offering spontaneous photo moments of rural life and rolling landscapes.

Midway, stop to interact with a local community and experience Uganda’s rich cultural tapestry—an authentic moment to capture portraits, traditions, and crafts.

Upon arrival in Queen Elizabeth National Park, check into your lodge and relax before heading out for a short evening game drive, ideal for catching golden hour shots of antelope herds, grazing buffalo, and the vast Rwenzori backdrop.

After an early breakfast, venture to Kyambura Gorge, a sunken tropical forest often called the “Valley of Apes.” Here you’ll track wild chimpanzees, an intimate and exhilarating experience. As you follow their calls through thick vines and fig trees, prepare your camera for close-range shots of chimps in motion, grooming, or nesting in the treetops.

Return to your lodge for lunch, then head to the Kazinga Channel in the afternoon for a relaxing sunset boat cruise. The channel teems with life—hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and a wealth of birds. The light during this hour is spectacular, casting warm hues over the water and wildlife.

After the cruise, return for dinner and another cozy night in the heart of the wild.
